Bernd wasn't even real you dipshits. If you look at the bottom of the page it clearly claims it is a joke..
And if it wasn't, it would still be legal.
Toby is the same way..just two college guys who got on the news because of their website. Even -I- could make such a website, get calls from news reporters and reply, "This is not a joke."
