Chinaman is not the preferred nomenclature
A White Russian always makes me think of one of two things. Either, a friend of mine, Ivan, or the Big Lebowski.
I love the Big Lebowski (Ivan, nothing but love for you man). However, pretty much anything can have some kind of a "core" following, where people organize and come together for a conference or some sort of gathering. Some examples of these are the Xena (Warrior Princess) Con and the (multiple) Trek fests.
I did happen to stumble upon a few of the Lebowski sites. There are links for The Dude's House, a Big Lebowski Random Quote Generator, even the Lebowski Fest. A Lebowski Fest!
