More family than team

I've worked in a few places in my life. Working with great people and believing in a cause is the ultimate in team-building. However, when a team is so tight that it becomes a family, it's always tough to see people go.

One of the family members is Eric Folley. He was at the DNC when I joined, and one of the first people that I met at the DNC. He was also the one that showed me the ropes at the DNC. He gave me a piece of paper that had his contact information and codes to the office alarm. He's moving away, but I'm sure that we'll be in touch.

I can't say enough about how important Chuq has been to what we accomplished at the DNC in the last three and a half years. Suffice it to say that he was absolutely essential. And unflappable. And generous. And understanding. And just a great guy.

And Chuq, you bet we'll be in touch.
