Dear Impoverished Families,
This year, while President Bush has confirmed his political capital, the Bush administration will not being making it's promised $100M in donations to charities like Save the Children, Catholic Relief Fund, helping families like yours get out of poverty. Sorry, but we won the election, and we need to spend more money on other things, like war, so we can't help all y'all.
