General Wes Clark, a Democratic Presidential Candidate, released his Tax Reform Plan on January 5th. You can read it here. This is pretty much the most sweeping change since Ronald Reagan's Tax Reform Bill of 1986.
Now from what it sounds like, someone earning $50k/year is going to net more income than someone making $51k/year.
